Yes I was so pleasantly surprised by how much I loved this one!! It’s more complex and mature for a YA book

Well; I walk downstairs and in to my office- some mornings that’s too far. Personally if I had to drive in- 15-20 min tops.

Nothing about being trans on those signs. Looks to me it was a gay rights march than a "T" march.

I second that, I've been to their location in LIC in Queens, and they have items on sale occasionally, but they can still be pricey.

Reply to Extremely flat explosion dubbed 'the Cow' puzzles scientists while they work to learn more by thawingSumTendies
Gravity + angular momentum has the emergent behavior of collapsing distributed masses one dimension at a time:
Clouds(3D) -> Discs(2D) -> Rings(1D) -> Point Masses (planets, stars) (0D)
So flat disc phenomena are obviously very common naturally occurring things. Space is jammed wall to wall with discs and rings.
A flat explosion is certainly interesting, it's not too hard to posit some ways they might come about, but it'll be interesting to see what conclusion their data actually suggests.

Bosch is my favourite artist because his art is so fucked up, its too intriguing not to look at. I have puzzles with his art in my house LOL

If I was president, this is how I would solve this Ukraine problem. I would get Americas nuclear arsenal ready using submarines. Then I’ll get on Air Force One. And fly nonstop over Ukraine’s war zone. Telling Russia if they interfere with Air Force One, it would be all out war with America. Taking the power away from Putin. And while Air Force One was flying out to save Ukraine I would have a full deployment of two squadrons of 35s to protect it. Shooting down anything Russia deploys over Ukraine.
Killing a president authorizes nuclear weapons so I make sure my vice president was ready in a bunker.

Reply to How do I (20f) ask him (21m) to not bring up his ex anymore, and could the following be a sign he’s still hung up on her? by Dizzy-Incident-4588
Why hint? You can just say you've heard as much about his ex as you care to - but if he still needs to talk it out, that's what therapy is for.

Some people have an agenda and personality that shouts “I’m an AH!” Stand up to this person and tell her she’s crossing the line into business that’s none of her’s. Then tell her to get lost. Don’t tolerate these types. No yelling and no verbal abuse just stand your ground justifiably.
