That’s not what I’m asking man. I’m talking about people going full speed into the oncoming lane, instead of slowing down a tiny bit for one or two cars to pass and waiting till it’s clear. Just assuming that oncoming traffic will slow down, so you don’t have to slow down at all, when it’s your lane that’s blocked.

Yes. Thank you. If it’s heavy traffic moving slowly, or there’s plenty of room then I have no problem, we can work together. I’m talking about when I’m doing 45, with nobody behind me, and the other person is suddenly head on with me going 45 also, instead of just slowing down a tiny bit and waiting till I’m clear.

Gotta be made by the old sick person in this case, because it’s their assets that will ultimately go into the special needs trust. That’s how we maintain the protection of the assets, the one receiving the benefit has no say over the trust’s terms.

If the old sick person isn’t able to travel to work with an attorney, much can be done over the phone or email. If they signed a power of attorney, one of the powers given to their agent may have been the power to do this legal work for them as well. It’s worth asking the attorney about for sure.

I learned to drive in NYC too. Street lines are a suggestion, but the black Lincoln Town Car in the opposite lane is a rule. And that guy doesn’t care. NYC driving is wild, but people usually drive with a little purpose, if that makes sense.
