I used to live in one of the "Luxury" rental units in downtown SONO, right on Washington Street. The only luxury thing about it was the covered garage, although anyone could use it if they paid for it. The rest of it was just horrible.

Thank you for a definitive answer. And fortunately the one I was hoping for!

I renewed my Real ID license online in September 2021 and got a Real ID back in the mail. Took about a week. Make sure your address and all info on file is correct before you attempt to renew - I don't believe they allow you to make any changes with the online renewal.

Is anyone surprised by this? None of the semi-recently shut down locations had been updated in at least a decade, but probably two or three.
Not that I need my donut shops to be all stylish and modern, but not looking like there might be a family of rats living in the walls is kind of a big plus.
I sometimes drive around and wonder if the owners of these places simply want to go out of business or what? Invest in a makeover that makes your restaurant or store inviting enough to pull some people in, not make them shy away.

The income is only not verifiable if they don't claim it on their taxes.
You should try talking to people who work in the industry & get their opinion.

Run down was the luxury of yesterday.
That's what wear and tear and regular use does.

The thing about increasing supply is that it puts downward pressure on prices.
If this is unaffordable to you, it'll make another, older apartment more affordable. That's how this works.

Yeah but when dispos are charging obscene amounts for shitty weed under the guise of having higher quality standards, it is a problem.
And a lot of the unlicensed grey market weed businesses in Connecticut do in fact take mold issues seriously.

Which is exactly what was in my last "luxury" apartment. It had black appliances instead of white though so it was "upgraded" according to the leasing office

As someone who's been growing for close to 7 years now.... I promise you it was/is.
I guarantee you every person who has regularly purchased weed from dealers has consumed moldy weed many times over. Even in pristine growing conditions where I monitor tent conditions around the clock and keep a daily journal of my activities, I've gotten moldy plants. Sometimes the colas just grow way too big and there's no amount of airflow that will save you. If one of those buds breaks open in the tent or during trim, you get spores on everything. Those plants never make it into my lungs and are destined for the fireplace, but there's definitely plenty of it out in wild. Dealers intentionally sell heroin with fentanyl in it. Something tells me they don't give a fuck about a little mold, and they certainly aren't going to ditch a few pounds of grass in the name of public safety. .

I drove tractor Trailer for a while and I had it out with the employee where I was delivering who was going to let this older woman (75ish) drive away with a full pallet of mulch w/o straps in her f150. It was squatted. But that's not the worst part. If you know anything about pallets of mulch they tend to be significantly higher than a regular pallet making them VERY top heavy and they are only plastic wrapped together. BIG PROPS to you my friend.

If you meet all the qualifications to renew online, there should be nothing preventing you from trying.
I plan to do the same online renewal process with my REAL ID when it is up for renewal next year without needing any confirmation. Someone has to be first, right?
