I didn't mean that, I meant close to stores, restaurants, bars, entertainment, and transportation (e.g. highways, trains, buses).

If having some unpaved roads in my town significantly lowered my property tax, I would support it 100%.

Nothing happens other than you pay a $20 late fee for your emissions test which you pay online at the DMV site. If you don't have your emissions up to date you won't be able to register or renew a registration, so make sure your emissions is done before your registration expires.

It’s also one of those situations where ,if you were a neighbor, you should see some benefit to your town with the influx of money from the venue plus the really close people could get $$ from yard parking and the stadium isn’t covered so it’s only during warm months there would even be a concert there

The place has 40,000 seats. Let’s say you take up the end zone near the flag poles that isn’t double decker but than add in field seating/general admission, that should more than make up for that lost area of seats. That’s 40,000+ compared to The Meadows’ 30,000

They aren’t being downvoted for being “anti-pedo” they’re being downvoted for being pro-murder. We have a criminal Justice system in this country, with is basis in “innocent until proven guilty” for a reason. If you can PROVE someone has committed sexual assault of a minor, by all means arrest them. But there’s a really good reason why vigilante “justice” is illegal; it is just as likely to hurt an innocent person as a guilty one. Read about the Salem witch trials if you want a geographically close example.

But Fairfield has four beaches and two marinas and three yacht club. If you like water or sailing, it’s something to consider.

New London is better. They have an Amtrak train station.
If you have kids New London has a magnet high school right there in town. I think they are trying to make the whole district a magnet district. So if you have kids New London is the only choice.
Overall schools aren't great out that way though. Shelton and Milford are affordable with great schools. Way over in Fairfield and New Haven County.
If you don't have kids New London is best.

Cheshire Cat and Dog Too on RT70 on the Cheshire/Waterbury line is fantastic and they will give you free samples to make sure your dog will take to the food. I have used them for 10yrs. I had to switch to kibble as that's what my dog wanted as she aged, but if I recall, they also offer a free box after so many purchases for both certain kibble and raw.

So there’s no time limit? I just got my car registered like a month ago. So I would have two years to fix this issue with nothing besides a $20 late fee? Or is that like every month $20?
