Heat output can be used to provide heating or complement heatpumps. It is de facto an energy flow to be applied in homes thereby allowing a certain amount of energy to be used, otherwise wasted.

I don't know your location and georestrictions to this technology and Humans will always monetise technology. Whether your fears will be truly realised I don't know. We do need to seek open and honest access to this technology. The genie is released and there is no going back anyway. I'm not sure we really know how this is going to go but we can make educated guesses. We do weaponise technology so undoubtedly this will be used for both good and bad that is a side effect of technological progress.
I don't see any major issues with access to this technology currently. Then again I don't live in a country with any georestrictions and I use free access rather than any paid plans currently.

In combination with paywall it won't work anyway.
And you answered already for yourself.
Bard is a mystery for now, but likely, it will be the same as GPT4 and ClosedAI policy.

It’s kind of ironic that someone calls themselves “colonise Mars” but thinks that going from 30% to 100% of new car sales being electric in 13 years is too intimidating and ambitious.

We rather turn earth into an uninhabitable planet you need to seek underground shelter on.

Some people think about a robot roaming a normal house, but it is possible to have a robot room that humans stay out of while the robot is active. Cooking is dangerous and maybe you don't want humans in the room while the robot is cooking. In addition to cooking the robot would have to know how to use a fire extinguisher. It could order grocery delivery. This could be a weight loss tool, because the robot could calculate calories. The same thing could be done with the laundry room.

This is obviously applicable to ChatGPT. I haven't looked at Google Bard. I have tried it briefly but don't know about the georestrictions in relation to Bard.

The access is locked behind countries, not paywall. I don't mind paying 20$ to be able to study it. But I have to move to a specific country for that.
How it's gonna be solved? (Spoiler, it won't be solved)
