It's just "loop play this one video", similar to the "repeat one song" function in the MP3 players in the previous decade (repeat all, repeat one, randomize).
Right click in the video -> select "loop"

How would you make someone else's video loop?

Not on your phone you can't. And let the man enjoy his 500 hour Rick roll. Ain't no harm in that

It’s the ability to make a YouTube playlist to watch or share while not having a YouTube account

This is awesome. What map libraries did you use? I’m building a task visualization tool and really like your map Ui.

I’ve always wanted this but for history. So you can slide a slider on a timeline and see what events were happening around the world at that specific date.

I hate it too. Every small business and blog site looks identical and there’s usually too much effort spent on useless crap like fancy scroll effects and big photos.

Weird, I was just thinking about Grooveshark earlier today. Maybe not exactly the same as this, but similar.

If you have a Youtube account, you can create a public / unlisted ("public", but hidden from the search; the people with direct link can access it) playlist and you can share the link to it. So, the main feature is described in other comments - creating and sharing a playlist without the Youtube account.
