LPT: Life, society, is like a game, with rules and prizes (being easily liked, loved, trusted, hired, promoted, etc.). You don't have to play by the rules, but then you can't expect to get the prizes as easily. Accepting this helps you get what you want, whether it's a "prize" or just inner peace.

LPT: Got an annoying Outlook email chain at work that you just want to go away? Right click on any email in the chain and 'ignore'. It will delete all existing messages for the chain and auto-delete any new ones that come in.

LPT: Don’t buy a new phone charger the moment your phone doesn’t charge anymore. 99% of the time, it’s a clogged charging port. Take it to any iPhone or android repair shop and they’ll clean the lint and gunk out for free. Charges brand new even with janky chargers.

LPT: If your 1st diagnoses/ treatment isn’t showing results for a medical issue, it’s absolutely okay to seek 2nd or 3rd opinions from other licensed medical professionals. Doctors are highly trained but often even general practitioners have more expertise in different areas.

LPT: If you want someone’s attention and they seem to be ignoring you, getting reasonably close to them and whispering is much more effective for getting them to pay attention to you than yelling. It gently grabs their attention and their curiosity.
