Because they released a statement from an NHL organization because some shitty kid did a shitty thing? Not saying to fine him just cuz. He used his position to try and give it weight and made himself, the org, and the NHL look like dumbasses. It was unrelated to the flyers and should've stayed that way.

There are a couple of things to consider here.

If VA requires the signature to be notarized then it will be required when you register it in PA. If not then only the signature is required.

Make sure you get a bill of sale from the previous owner because they will collect sales tax when you register it.

You need to get your PA drivers license before registering your vehicles.

We have a lot of stupid laws here.

I will say, it totally depends on the mood of the ranger. Me and some friends went camping, got 2 sites off-peak and our ranger just decided to be a grump. I don't know if he was bored or just on a power trip. We hadn't even been there 3 hours before he came around and was counting people.

Has Atlantic Broadband for years. When we switched from DSL I bought a router and modem from the approved list instead of renting from the company. Tech showed up on a day I couldn't be there so a less tech savvy member of the household handled it. Tech went to install new modem, opened the box then realized modem wouldn't work since we went VOIP for landline. So now I had an "open box" modem that I they wouldn't let me use nor could I return. Price per month 50 Mbps down + landline, was $75 for first year, $120 for year two and then $159 for anything beyond that. Steep but service rarely went down.

About year 2.5 Atlantic Broadband gets bought out by Breezeline. Start getting charged for paper statement ($1, 4 months in $2). Base charge hiked up to $178 per month. Quality of service is less as the network drops out 2-3 times a week. Most times it's quick (under 5 mins). Speed is slower most of the time down to 40-45 Mbps.

Called and dropped the landline and magically all the rates have changed. I'm now paying $45 for 100 Mbps ( best I've seen is 75) for 3 months then the price hikes to $90.

I've looked into T-Mobile ( only metered plan, no unlimited data yet) a local wireless ( no line of sight to their towers) and Comcast isn't available here yet. Constantly getting spammed on streaming for Comcast, T-Mobile and Breezeline. I'd jump ship in a hot minute if there was anything else to go to.

(Depressed resignation) Throw it on the "Not a drag queen" pile.

It's so horrible that it manages to double loop from awful to darkly funny back to pitch black awful that as the right wing continues to try to paint queer and trans people as threats to children we have a near never ending stream of "Faith leaders" and "Community pillars" who are sexually assaulting children. I don't get what's so hard to grasp that if someone wants to prey on kids they aren't going to put on a wig corset and falsies but they are going to pick a position where they have access to and can earn the trust of the child.

They've already technically ended the "lifetime" program and reduced the amount of pub club benefits. They just gave prior members their 2023 "subscription" for free, as long as they've patronized the establishment in 2022. Everybody else with a pub club card has apparently been stricken from the rolls. Here's their wording from an email:

OTTO'S:

Many of you have had friends and relatives who have asked “when will you begin taking new members again?” Well, we are pleased to announce that beginning January 2, 2023 memberships will be available to “The New Pub Club”. Description of the membership is attached.

All memberships will renew on an annual basis and will include some new and revised benefits each year. Some of the adjustments have been made based on requests and comments from current members, others out of operational necessity. For current members who have visited Otto’s in the past 12 months, there will be NO fee for 2023. Annual fees for memberships will renew in January of each year regardless of the date of original membership purchase.
