I would change one thing in the article," the drag community is under attack" is a true statement but I dont think it properly objectively explains the situation. "The drag community is being scapegoated as part of the conservative continual war on LGBTQ community" is a more more detailed and true picture.

This is the thing; the private company would have to buy up the land of those homes affected in order to move forward with the development. Probably buy it unfairly to the residents of the area (rural), where their relocation would not be equally the same.

It feels somewhat similar to how the Phantoms hockey arena and the redevelopment of downtown Allentown that private entities used eminent domain to rebuild the area. It's been a decade now and while its nice the area is rebuilt okay (a sinkhole haven), but the people they wanted to move in (young professionals) have not really filled in well.

It's a tough call on what happens. I feel bad for the residents. Another issue is the ecology of the environment of both the fauna/flora. Read about the issues with shad reproduction, and its sad.

It is though. Areas that process sugar are typically classified areas because of the explosion hazard. You’re right in saying that there are usually two explosions or events. The first event is usually small, but it may cause more sugar to become airborne, thus setting up the right conditions for an even bigger second explosion.

I just don’t think it’s correct to say it’s not explosive. It’s a fuel, and when mixed with oxygen in the right proportions and ignited, it will explode.

I'm not sure why you're being down voted.

It literally says in the article that it would be a private company doing this and would require multiple people to lose their homes and farms.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that a private company can't exercise eminent domain so it would have to be up to the government. And I'm not sure if townships are given eminent Domain authority

Fine, I’m out of line for ASKING if it MIGHT have been a bomb, but you’re assuming management would do it? To their employees?

Yeah that makes sense,,,

No, my (and I’m gonna use a big word here for some of you) SPECULATION is, “could it have been a deranged employee that didn’t like the working conditions, pay, or heck just didn’t like the way someone looked at him, and did a lone wolf terror attack?”

Something like this happened in Nashville a year or more ago and there were never any answers to that either. At least none that made the news. Look that up.

Many people rant on the internet constantly about anti-capitalism, how the rich deserve to be killed, and the evils of the disparity between rich and poor. Did someone get crazy enough to do this intentionally?

It should at least be investigated. But I expect a forensics report in soon enough.

Downvote me to hell for daring to ask a question.
