Butyric acid, when Milton Hershey started producing chocolate his process overheated the milk causing it to undergo lipolysis.

At the time milk chocolate was rare in the US so he didn't notice that the flavor was slightly off. After Hershey's won several contracts for rations during WW2 (and I want to say WW1 as well) which caused the slightly acidic version of his chocolate to become popular.

Thus people either grew up with Hershey's chocolate (with a slightly acidic taste) or European milk chocolate (no acidic taste), and prefer the version from their childhood.

according to a recent survey the number one new years resolution in pennsylvania was to seek therapy, which i found to be interesting and kind of hopeful. i get my therapy through the state's healthcare and its adequate. if you're having trouble affording healthcare i recommend using social programs. the more they're used the more funding they receive

Husband and I have both had to search desperately to find qualified mental health counselors in rural northeast PA. From my perspective, there’s more availability and structure in the more populated urban/suburban areas, which is generally the case with many things for rural-urban features. I’d guess that Philly suburbs, Montgomery and Bucks Counties, and maybe the Allentown area have more structured resources. Good luck in your search!

Truthfully I don't want anyone driving impaired Everyone processes and handles what they ingest differently so it's not an exact science Sure there are functional alcoholics and coke heads and pill poppers doing all kinds of jobs you wouldn't expect but it's reality Cannabis has always been demonized by some and always will be unfortunately And now Medical Marijuana patients are the biggest safety hazard on Pennsylvania roadways? Rediculous
