Terrorism

>Terrorism, in its broadest sense, is the use of intentional violence and fear to achieve political or ideological aims. The term is used in this regard primarily to refer to intentional violence during peacetime or in the context of war against non-combatants (mostly civilians and neutral military personnel). The terms "terrorist" and "terrorism" originated during the French Revolution of the late 18th century but became widely used internationally and gained worldwide attention in the 1970s during the Troubles in Northern Ireland, the Basque conflict, and the Israeli–Palestinian conflict.

Don't need lots of resources, just enough determination. Asterisk and a TTS (https://medevel.com/14-os-text-to-speech/) and you can do such things.

I used to work in a company that did something similar. It would escalate issues and if the automation was coded for it, you could respond on your phone and it would take actions against your systems.

One time, someone used this system to call a local restaurant to place an order for pick up.

This is tech from like 15 years ago, if not earlier and it is open source.

All you really need is a phone exchange or VOIP provider who can hide your true identity (this is also how all those scam calls from across the pacific get made).

Any vehicle driven on PA roads must have insurance. While plates match the cars vin, they belong to the owner who bought them. Therefore, if you buy the car no tags are required until its road worthy. Your Dads insurance is only good for you if you are listed on the policy as a household driver. Usually a spouse is on the policy which is why the Jeep was able to be tagged. He can call his insurance to list the car under his insurance, but why bother if it cant be driven? Usually with antique cars you just transfer the title. When road worthy you go to a notary and get tags for it after showing proof of insurance. AAA will guide you thru the tag process when road worthy. Only title transfer is necessary at this time. If you get the tag with the car you can reregister it as yours at the notary when you show proof of insurance and the transferred title.

And my husband corrected me... he would have wanted Springton Manor (https://springtonmanorfarm.com/); which is a County of Chester property, but they have a contract with a catering/event company. So if you go there, you are stuck with their catering and there are some other choices that they restrict (DJs, Bands, etc).

But they definitely have options for if it rains - they have both indoor and outdoor facilities.

Back in like January we got the crazy and clearly erroneous triple estimated bill. I said fuck that. I got a meter and can read it. Did so each month, paid them what I owed them based on actual usage. Haven't had an issue. No calls, no letters, we just ignored that stupid crazy bill and paid them what we used and now in March we are squared up. Just because they send you a bill for $xxx doesn't mean you have to pay it. Use common sense. They basically took advantage of the law that allows them to use estimated billing and sent out bills based on their default rate instead of the rate you are currently paying. It was a sham to collect a bunch of money they weren't owed but could legally bill, meanwhile they get to collect interest on all our money. Then when they get investigated, which they are, they will happily pay out the difference to those who paid what the bill says, pocket the interest and move on like nothing happened.
