If the school receives federal money it has to operate under the ADA.

Based on a quick skim it does mention that extra curricular activities need to have accommodations in place for the disabled, but it says nothing about providing "chaperones." The only non teacher roles that it mentions are interpreters for the deaf.

I know this wasn't super helpful but I hope it points you in the right direction.

Went to renew with GEICO. Been with them about four years and never had any accidents or tickets or claims and price was pretty much the same the entire time. 89% increase for my 3 cars- from $679 six month premium to 1289 for no apparent reason. I ended up going to a local insurance agent who got me a similar policy for $609 six month premium.

I used Dragon Gym for taekwondo a few years ago. That place was legit. They are no joke. They were even on us about diet and exercise outside of class. I cannot speak for Muay Thai other than talking to those guys in the locker room but all the instructors cared a ton and were real easy to talk to. They have my vote but they are under new management since I was there so maybe do a Groupon for like 8 classes and check it out.
