Man, I feel so sorry for you hording all those homes to yourself and having others pay for your wealth with their income.
Must be so hard to sit on a property and passively collect cash. Go get a job.
You speak of pride of ownership. I own my home. I also pay for it with my own income, I don't have others pay for my property for me.

This is truly good news. Texas has barely any public land.

9 is starting to get old for a dog, though most breeds don’t die at that age. It’s like being 60 for a human: dropping dead probably won’t happen for awhile but health problems tend to start piling up and some people do die of natural causes.

What do you propose that they do with this land?

Wait, really?
How'd they do it? I thought it was terminal

You obviously don’t know how renters insurance works and are very ignorant of the full expenses that landlords take on. When you have a government that favors the renter so heavily there is no incentive to to be a landlord anymore. I’m getting out of the business myself due to this fact. You also have no pride of ownership of a property or understand the work that goes into that with a system that mid lease the terms change due to government over reach. Count on seeing far less private ownership of properties and far more of this going towards huge corporate entities. What the government has done during the Covid period has made being a small, private landlord no longer a logical move.

Agreements based on the bet that a new administration will come in and repeal any and all restrictions.
Wait…that’s every corporate agreement ever made.

Narrator: The pill literally cured cancer in 30% of patients.

I think Clinton was the first president to do this. If you want to make a parcel of land a national park, it has to go through congress and a vote.
A president can declare something a "monument" with the stroke of a pen. It's odd, but...legally, a very large area of land can be declared a "monument".

If it makes you feel better, it’s not like Biden blindly capitulated to oil execs. Biden’s deal for Willow reduced drill pads by 40%, required the drill company to relinquish the rights to 68,000 acres of land, and has banned or limited drilling on 13 million acres of land and 3 million acres of the Beaufort Sea. All in all, while Renewables are the future, it’s not difficult to admit we simply aren’t able to abandon fossil fuels altogether. Yet, anyway.

It's uncurable, but I wouldn't call it terminal. Given that the treatment will reverse AIDS into HIV and where almost all HIV carriers* will die of something entirely unrelated to them being HIV carriers.
*In countries with reliable medical care.
