We used to play in abandoned houses/buildings and on the top of a mile-long stretch of abandoned elevated train stations.

Our parents especially hated the second one but that just meant that we'd duck a little lower while passing through the portion of it that overlooked our street.

I live in Australia and it's funny to me that we're known for our dangerous wildlife when other places have things like coyote packs and bears. I'll take a snake or spider over that any day.

Lawful and peaceful protestors should never be prosecuted. Just be peaceful, don't hurt people, and for the love of everything holy, don't fucking block traffic. I have zero sympathy that end up like an Armadillo crossing a highway in Texas.

thanks for the great info! our favorite shelter is not a big operation but the take really good care of all their animals. they have mostly cats but they take a few dogs as well. i kinda don't think they're going to shut down tik tok but canada has removed it from all government issued phones...including justin trudeau's kids govt. phones! we'' have to wait and see what happens here. i think we know which side will vote against- just because.
