They were 10.24t per capita in 2010, so that's a pretty decent decrease.

How'd they do from 2010 to 2023?

Seems to be going the right way to me. In 1979 they produced 14.35 tons per capita. In 2021 they were 8.09 tons per capita.

Have you considered Burundi or Somalia? I bet you can make a bigger impact there

That sentiment has been expressed multiple times in this very comment section. I think it's a common perception of women's football. I doubt everyone is expressing it sarcastically.
Regardless, that doesn't even address the same thing my comment addressed. If someone truly believes women aren't as skilled, they should rethink that.

Also the quote from the father did not make it seem like both were alive. Talking about the other twin not coming home, he said "she's up there". My mind went to heaven.

The Barcelona women’s team is just so entertaining to watch, absolutely dominant.

> the women don’t dive , fake injury or make as many stupid fouls as the men
This makes me think its not genuine.

A bit of a misappropriation of the term “Robin Hood”, but neat nonetheless.

Its all good. Honestly its one of those things which I'm struggling to adapt to (I moved to North America) and the fact you are such a democratic society is sometimes jarring, partisanship is the norm. Like even your school boards, police and judges are elected. Back in Ireland I couldnt even elect my own senator.

I'm not seeing that at all. I'm seeing someone mention a disadvantage, followed by an advantage.
What gives you the impression that it's not a genuine statement?

My grandma was born pre-independance and she tells these stories about how the britishers used to just randomly take away the kids as slaves and some of them were seen again. And if the family participated in sort of pre-independance activities then all their kids would be whipped and killed right in of the parents. Considering she's not even 100 years old, it's just scary to imagine what would have happened to us if we still hadn't fought for freedom.

I'd be careful about saying the women's game isn't as skilled. Is the passing and shooting less accurate? Are they less skilled at marking on defense?
They're not as fast, and they can't jump as high. That is inarguable. But less skilled? I wouldn't be so sure.

The original Siamese Twins, Chang and Eng were born without c-section so it must be possible.
