Aren't the residents in that area the ones who are riding the dirtbikes all over town?

Bc blaming poor underserved communities 100% for their problems like OP is just the epitome of positivity! s/

Can have 1,000,000 waivers per participant but they can still sue, and would need to go to court with a lawyer. Also no insurance company is going to work with them, or only offer skyhigh rates. It is a seemingly good idea on surface level but even a tiny exploration of its general execution leads to very obvious problems

That would be a very unsafe place, opening the city up to so many lawsuits.

I did. There’s nothing with any official data backing your claim. Just vague stories. Do you have something with numbers because I’d like to see numbers.

No, that's an incredible idea.

Just Google "Baltimore stolen dirbtikes" and you'll get what you're looking for.

Thank you, this subreddit needs more negativity like this!

Do you have the date on your claims I’d love to see a source?

That is rough...had my roof replaced by Charm City Roofing today...tore off old shingles and stripped roof to the wood, lay new underlayment, and put new shingles and gutter system. They did find some rotted wood on both ends which they charged me an extra $100 or so to replace but that was part of the contract. Done just in time for the rain tonight.
Wish you better luck with home improvement projects and contractors in the future.

To be fair most of the schedules published by the MTA are pure works of fiction. Just that the MARC ones seem to be accurate. Same can not be said for local bus, light rail, etc.

I mean yeah nothing stopping you from bringing your own books, but it's a library. They already have some.

Check if there is insulation. Our house has none, it can be very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer.

Mortar is not air-tight, so you may or may not want to move in next to someone with a smoking habit.
Check when/if it was last rehab'd as that's when the clock is likely ticking down on bigger ticket repairs (e.g., hvac, windows, roof, repointing, etc).
Rowhomes roofs are flat which typically are more costly to maintain. May need to at least be resurfaced every 10 years. Check for any evidence of water as indication of needing maintenance.
Rowhomes on ends are great, but do get a brunt of trash cans, illegal dumping, attention from artists, etc., and electricity bill will be a lot more (maybe double) due to no insulating neighbor.
Expect a usable parking pad to increase value/cost $50-75k.

If you’d have told 20 year old me I could ride a dirt bike wherever I wanted through a major city disobeying all traffic laws and suffer no consequences, well, I’d have taken you up on that offer. Because despite how I feel about them now, it certainly looks fun as shit. When people talk about the squeegee boys and finding them alternatives I get it. Not with the 12 o’clock boys, they need consequences.

Dirt bike courses exist already and this isn't an issue
