I find most supermarket deli sandwiches are cheapish and goodish, and usually quite large. If you want to just shove a bunch of food down your gullet, grab a chicken salad sub from any supermarket deli.

It might be outside your radius, but honorary mention to New Deal Fruit in Revere for the "it's really two meals" portion for the price. Get the tornado if you want a top tier Italian sub.

You develop patience and learn to kind of live in your own head, because more people mean shit moves slower, inconveniences, ugh.
The one up side, local services are abundant, and you're absolutely invisible.

One of the big perks of the MassSave program is an energy audit - they come through and do infrared scans of the walls and ceilings to see where you need insulation. Did they do that?
If you need insulation you just need insulation. Blow it in the walls, staple a blanket to your ceiling, whatever. (Don’t actually do that.) most of the insulation is covered or cheaper through masssave. Did they say that they can’t do anything for you?
I’m just confused about the available options and what you’ve done so far.
If you just need more heat, you can get a window unit heat pump. That’ll do AC and heat, and be pretty efficient to boot.

last year there were two apps and it was confusing and screwy so don't wait until the last minute to download! Also, the app historically only tells you when the runner has passed a handful of notable spots (5k, 10k, half, etc), so know what mile marker YOU are at, so when it says your runner is at mile 13 you know what that means for timing.

Pilots need training throughout their whole career. Take the most skilled pilot alive and dont let them fly for 6 years, what do you think would happen?

It means we get less for our tax dollars is what it means. But given the conversations I've had on reddit the past couple of weeks, Boston residents would be fucking psyched to pay more in taxes cuz greater good n' shit.
This also means MA is more economically attractive, meaning prices are only going to increase, and our experience with inflation locally will be greater than what the rest of the country experiences.
TLDR: It's about to become even more expensive to live around here.
