Yes as coffee goes Dunkin sucks, but we don’t hate it. You’ll see a DD every other block and they’re all packed every morning. It’s quick, easy and reliable.

Shouldn't be a problem going to Watertown as According to the MassRMV website you do not need an appointment for registration transactions.

https://rmvmassdotappt.cxmflow.com/Appointment/Index/2c052fc7-571f-4b76-9790-7e91f103c408

Registration Related Transactions

Transactions that CAN be performed at an RMV Service Center without an appointment:

Register My Vehicle Reinstate My Registration Transfer Vehicle to a Surviving Spouse Amend My Registration Confirm Identity for a Registration Renewal

Just make sure you have your stamped RTA, bill of sale, and payment including taxes.

Keep in mind $100K in Boston is actually 45K. Also, since you are not a born and bred Bostonian or Boston suburbian, you are both forever outsiders. But welcome!

You are trying to do something that's very unusual.

If you are truly a resident elsewhere and a full time college student, you can and should just register your car in your home state. If your goal is to get an MA registration to get a RESIDENT parking permit, they're going to expect you to get an MA license too.

Whats your price point? Seafood forward places could be an option if looking for gluten free options - Mare has a nice back patio area with a fire pit. Neptune will be a forever wait so probably not worth it. Other than that probably places with a large menu - Bricco or places that have been suggested below.
