My favorite part of living in JP is I get to go there several times a week. So lucky to have it right down the road! Blows my mind really.

I would argue that people avoiding public green spaces because they're gross is bad for the environment in a long-term way. If nobody uses the park, then one day it'll become a parking lot or office building.
This is about the most environmentally friendly way to solve the problem.

That's why. You are in college. It makes sense now. Having a drink to you means getting wasted and acting like a moron.
Awww poor buddy. You will learn one day.

And there it is. While what you say is true, that specific case has been abused by states to do some really fucked up things. It was used to chemically castrate the mentally ill in state hospitals for “public safety”.

Ah OK, that's good at least
It was a few years ago but the water didn't seem too bad at all until you went up the malden river. So strange seeing a "river" that is completely stagnant and full of garbage

I remember those guys! They used to BBQ fish over there by repurposing big metal barrels 😬
These days, I see more folks fishing on the Assembly/Draw 7 Park side, but I think the cops would be quick to stop any BBQs.

Oh, don't know for sure it qualified as a legit superfund, that was me being dramatic, but I know it wasn't good and I thought that was part of the reason for letting encore develop, that they shouldered the burden of cleaning it up.

Jacobson v massschusetts 1905. There’s one more case I can’t remember but there’s well over a century of precedent supporting mandatory vaccinations/quarantine/isolation/masking. Public health agencies/authorities have the power to implement these interventions (and they have to meet the 4 requirements established under Jacobson v Massachusetts in order to do so)

Also a lot of catch and release. I mean honestly, if you're eating anything other than stocked trout in the waters of all of New England, you're poisoning yourself. There isn't a fish in any body of water in the US that isn't toxic.
