If you watched the construction they had to bring in a shit load of equipment to do remediation work when they disturbed the soil.

Given the choice of a festering plot of toxins vs a casino that paid to remediate the site I’d think the casino was the better choice.

Another frivolous pithy lawsuit against the city and mayor by the conservative minority. Resulting in yet another conservative L

Just so we’re clear-

Dennis White firing L

Exam schools tiering/diversity Initiative L

Vaccine Mandate appeal L

Upcoming:

Redistricting appeal L

These losers need to stop wasting city resources.

This entire thread is about Police Unions. That's the point of the thread. So, everyone.

There weren't changes. There was nothing to bargain. And police Unions are the notorious villains of the country so, plenty of reasons to vilify them.

For most people it is under 10 minutes. Google says it’s 11, and they always use a slow stroll.

At any rate, I agree with what you are saying, but that wasn’t what I was commenting on. I was referencing the one picture, of the one stop, and nothing I said was inaccurate. I was not blaming one stop for anything. You bring up fair points, but points regarding something else entirely. I was only referencing the one stop, nothing else.

Some landlords hire people to handle all of the paperwork and bookkeeping for the their units. If your friends are moving in then they still will get charged for credit and background checks done by someone who isn’t the landlord. It’s definitely overpriced but the tenants are responsible for covering that cost.

This really isn’t a W or a L. There was an existing MOA between the two parties that was then violated. It was a labor dispute, the contents of which happened to pertain to CoViD. Most of the fire department was vaccinated very early when vaccines were offered at Tufts to first responders.
