I’ve been bouncing back and forth between ps and Xbox, ps2->Xbox 360-> Xbox one and ps4 -> Xbox series x. I love having game pass especially since I run linux on my pc it’s like having a dedicated windows/gamepass box without needing windows. Only reason I would get a ps5 is ffxvi and ratchet and clank games on the ps plus

The only good thing about xbox is xbox game pass otherwise the playstation is better

If you are not planning to play anymore, then sell it. It's redundant to have two consoles which share more than 90% of the catalogue.

I think both camps can be pretty hostile and ridiculous. If you go to YouTube and type in "PS fanboys", you will get dozens of die-hard Xbots complaining about "Sony Ponies" or whatever they call them. I think the fact that PS is the more popular console with the more popular first-party games might give the feeling that its fanbase is louder.

There is a degree of fairness with the fun making though. Xbox just doesn't seem to get their shit together. For every win that they take, they take like 5 Ls. There is a degree of pity and patheticness to a fanbase constantly protecting a console manufacturer that just never seems to get anything right and they never seem to get anything in return for their defending aside GamePass.

Don't wait 4 delivery.. just go to your local pawn shop and get 1... you can also haggle and or add for a cheaper sum by making a deal. Controllers/games etc..

The X does cost like twice as much. But I know I'll keep it for at least 5 years, and with the games that are coming out I think it's worth it.

Oh dam well the series x is better but the series s is cheaper if your mainly a playstation player but if you have money to spare a pc is the way to go

Personally I would get the Series X if you can swing it. I think it's worth it if you take good care of your consoles and keep them for years. I know my Series X will last but I don't believe the S is future proof based on the significantly weaker internals. As games progress and developers take advantage of the new systems I think the S will start to be a hindrance years down the road.
