Not weird at all, I too don’t get excited anymore about exclusives. I just play whatever I want instead and I realize I don't need to play video games at all! I just need some good few friends and I'm all set for life.

No..ps5 is very awesome and so is the Series X. Either one should ve considered over the s.

Absolutely not. Even tho series S is technically next gen it’s a lot worse than the x value for money wise and ps has good exclusives. Plus ps+ is a million times better than Xbox game pass

Idk about US but in my country Series s is 20% cheaper. About the games, I don't know much about their prices but I think buying game pass is a pretty good deal

You could also look at EVERCADE systems although they are a bit limited in terms of games

It's almost 20 years old. Sure, there are older schools out there, but 17 years old is closer to old school than new.

Have you considered a raspberry pi based emulator console? That or a game stick type device? That way you could have access to multiple console emulators and be completely compact and portable 🧐🤔

btw the 360 is not an option since i cant be bothered to pay for xbox live so i can then enjoy the empty servers on (apparently) almost all games

Amstrad cp64!!games were on a cassette and took six minutes to load and half the time they crashed near the end,still good memories though

I just bought a $2k Laptop mainly for Java Minecraft & a few other games. It can barely run Minecraft with [for the most part] the lowest graphic settings.

With original settings, it was running at less than 10fps.

Just a joke of mine, It's a European Console (mainly) that runs at 50hz as opposed to 60.
A common reason that people don't use these is because of lack of ROMhack support, but most games target 60hz.
