I’m not into the naughtydogverse anymore after the cuckmann debacle where he shat on the fans by lumping the homophobic trolls with people who generally disliked how the second games story was handled, but shitting on it just for sexual orientation well his loss, tlou1 is still in my best of it’s time category, and it had a very emotional and human story at its core, at this point in time stories like knock at the cabin which i liked and the whale which i loved having the characters being shown as human first is an amazing move forward, imo lesbian porn should have been banned for straight people, if u can’t like gay guys, maybe u shouldn’t watch gay chicks either heh

A z-score demonstrates a value with respect to an average (assuming the data is normally distributed) so a z-score of 0 means that a given data point is perfectly average compared to the whole sample while a z-score of 2 indicates that a given value is well-above average. Similarly, a negative z-score implies a value is below average. A really good description of z-scores is posted at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16vAjsnazEM.

This graph was meant to show how each year's frequency of terrorist attacks faired compared to the average number of attacks (which for 2000-2020 was 6,660). If my graph was more clear it would have demonstrated that the year 2004 had the lowest frequency and was the furthest away from the mean. While the years 2011 and 2012 were closest to the mean on the low and high end respectively. Year 2014 shows how the total number of attacks that year was furthest away from the mean (16,960 Events). Hopefully, this clears up what my intent was even though I missed the mark.

Because those for whom the system works well (ie people with good jobs that provide excellent insurance) are afraid of a decline in their care and the groups which have an interest in the current system (insurance companies, doctors, pharmaceutical companies) influence congress to not change the system and promote fear about a replacement.

Data Source: TV Series Finale

Tool: Tableau

HBO's adaptation of The Last of Us continues to demonstrate that viewer interest tends to grow as a series reaches its season finale. Among HBO's current top 10 rated series, live and same day viewership is significantly higher for the finale compared to the season premiere for seven of the ten series. Although Euphoria's season 2 premiere had a modest national viewer total of 250,000, viewership more than doubled for the season finale. Winning Time and The White Lotus are also series that saw significant increases in viewership for the finale. Interestingly, True Detective season 2 and House of the Dragon had the highest viewership totals for the premiere episode; however, there was a decline in the final season episode.

I believe because it didn't really advance the plot very much. Most people will have been hooked after the first two episodes to wait an entire week and... nothing really happens.

Don't get me wrong, I think the episode was great, but I also waited until all episodes were out to watch them all at once so it didn't bother me much and I could just enjoy it knowing that there is more but I can see that some people are unhappy with an episode like that who will have to wait another week to see the story advance.

Some guy at the bar I tend for episodes 1 & 2 was going on and on and on about how great the show was. I loved it, especially seeing that it's one of the few video game to tv/movie conversions that's been done really well.

I came in the week episode 3 aired and he refused to talk about it. Refused to even continue watching the show. He was just so angry about it. He is going to deny himself an entire story, one of the best ever told in the modern day, because a couple of minor characters are gay.

I didn't have the heart to tell him about Ellie.
