Where do you draw the line as "counting", or not?

Seriously! I don’t understand why people think it’s fine to breed flat-faced / screw tail dogs. That facial structure is called “brachycephaly” and causes difficulty breathing and poor temperature regulation, amongst a myriad of other health problems.
Many veterinarians consider breeding brachycephalic dogs to be unethical (source ).
Not-so-fun fact: the genetic variant associated with this brachycephalic structure has a human counterpart (source ) that causes a very rare disorder called Robinow Syndrome. For the nerds like me, it’s mutations in some Wnt pathway genes like DVL1 (“disheveled 1”) and DVL3 in humans, DVL2 in dogs.

Same with Hang the DJ. One of my favorite episodes of any show.

Yup, morally bankrupt people who want a living fashion accessory that has been inbred to the point of being a mutant. But hey, (insert useless celebrity here) has one so they have to as well. Never mind 75% will have at least one heath problem.

Does Silvergate really count? It was basically a crypto inflated facade of a bank over the last five or six years. It’s actual value was pretty small once the bubble popped.

I think pretty poorly of people who buy these dogs, not gonna lie.

I'm sorry, but why are you showing two failures when there are three - so far - in 2023.
> Three US banks failed within five days, the most prominent was Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), the largest bank to fail since the 2008 crisis. > > Two days after SVB collapsed, state regulators closed New York-based Signature Bank and last week, crypto-focused bank Silvergate announced it would have to wind down its operations. > > And there are warnings of more closures to come.

Agree. The other way is just sad to me. At least I can laugh at how bad a movie is

They have high rates of health problems. It should be illegal to breed them.

So what you're saying is the US is subsidizing the worlds research into pharmaceuticals by killing and bankrupting its own people. Nice. When you put it that way let's keep this system. It's only fair

I said something similar and also got downvoted, but I have a lot more faith in the 3 years of statistics I did at uni than the Reddit hive-mind.

It's disproportionate though. All of the poorly received DCEU films are labelled, while the MCU has a good balance of poorly and well received labels.
If it were totally unlabelled you'd get a far more balanced picture from a glance.

Weird that you’re assuming I’m not already trying to change that. I’m pointing out that by the time the students get to me they’ve already been introduced to these things so it’s now about trying to reteach these tools.
