The only people I know who use Bing, use it exclusively to find pornography that Chrome doesn't let them find as easily

It's not like nobody in the western world uses Bing.
I personally switched to bing (and Microsoft Edge) half a year ago and i'm finding myself liking it a lot

I swapped to Carrot weather which essentially duplicates the Dark Sky interface (not quite as good, but similar).

I use it for the reward points. After a year of searching or so, I usually have enough points to get a $50 XBOX gift card for my kids to use. If I can't find something using Bing, I'll switch to Google but I can usually find what I need using Bing.

God I miss Dark Sky. Just a perfect app. Apple Weather just doesn't do the same for me.

I was so bummed when they discontinued the Android app, and angry when Google Play charged me for another year's subscription two months later. They denied my appeal, saying that I voluntarily agreed to the cost until and unless I un-subscribed.

Doesn't matter if the background is pure dark sky, the apple UI is trash in comparison.

It is mostly still available in the built in iOS Weather App... But it isn't quite the same UI/UX and is missing some data/features.

My experience with the iOS weather app has been bad to the point that the radar view is almost unusable.

I got this app for free when Starbucks used to showcase an app of the week or however that promotion worked. I still open Dark Sky first just out of muscle memory.

Dark Sky really was the best. While I wish the native iOS Weather app was much better (the way the radar/map is presented seems a decade behind where Dark Sky left off, for instance), I've also found that every other third-party app I've tried out has been even worse. Hopefully something new comes along that isn't immediately snapped up by a bigger company.

Apple bought Dark Sky when they released their popular iOS app for android. The Dark Sky dev team has made Apple Weather better but we lost a lot from not having better competition.

Same there is no weather app that comes close. It's a damn shame that Apple bought them out. Their own weather app is horrible and nowhere near as user-friendly as the dark sky app.
There is no current option on Android or iPhone, even on the web, that provides quick up-to-date and accurate weather like they did.
So perfect, so beautiful, and it had everything you needed with appropriate notifications when you wanted them.
