What if we just passed a nuclear reactor back and forth... forever.

For a more extreme example, BC does more trade with 4 US states (California, Washington, Oregon, New York), than it does with its only neighboring province (Alberta).

It’s worse: in 1992 the feds and provinces got together and agreed to actually reduce the numbers to save money. Yes, they went back on that deal but it led to the deficit we are still in.

It took me way too long to figure that out. I was really going nuts that I was way worse at math than I thought. Then I realized. Really crappy labeling here.

The trade with the US is over 700 billion. It is actually the trade between just Texas and Mexico

Is this why a 7-minute virtual visit costs me $293 dollars?

Yeah, this is stupid. I was suspicious of the numbers, and then I read your comment.

How does one plan a road trip without a physical map? I am talking about a road trip that isn’t a straight drive from Point A to Point B. Rather a meandering drive, wandering around from one sightseeing site to another. You have to be able to pore over a physical map, studying all the parks, wildlife refuges, museums, scenic roads, zoos, etc in an area in order to find what is available and where everything is in relation to each other, then figure out which routes link everything up. Can’t do it on GPS.

Right - the main take away is how much trade comes from Asia despite the Pacific Ocean being in the way.
Makes you wonder how much more business the US and Mexico could be doing if it weren't for the political barriers.

I may be unduly worried but if I have written something that I would like to have forever, I print a hard copy. With constant updates of phones and technology in general, how can you be sure that you won’t lose something you want for the future—devices crash, software is constantly updated, things get erased? Seems like insurance to print a hard copy for something you want forever.

Mexican here, we do not trust Latin American countries, and not even Latin American countries trust each other. Otherwise, we would be a second EU or NATO.
Not only that, but the dollar is a good stable currency for the most part, so it is always in demand

This shouldn't be that surprising. I believe Australia trades more with China than with the West, and that's mainly due to proximity. Never underestimate the value of just being close.

Do you have access to the raw data that you put together? When sorting the table of most recent value a lot of the rankings don't even remotely line up.

The medical schools control the number of docs like the diamond companies control the flow of diamonds to keep wages high and physicians valuable.
Pharmacy schools do not, which is why pharmacists get treated like shit.
