Where do you see that? Munich is in the lowest category or at least in one of the lowest (hard to see with the colour shades) just as almost any other big city.

Yeah I'd definitely be interested to add filters like that.
Unfortunately I'm not sure where to get that data of specialties/services offered by hospitals.
If anyone knows where I can find that data, please let me know!

It just averages over all living space in that region. So apartment and houses, not people. The data source says so. It's in German.

In the article, Fig 12, on the left, we see a clearer relation of total rent vs size. There is a clear intercept (337.55€, say C). I think you should rerun the regression with taking this into account : (price-C)/size vs distance. And finally, when you find the relation (exp, linear, quad, whatever, say F ), you run a regression on price = C + F(distance) * size.
Also, there are robust ways to run regression, better than just remove the outliers once and rerun. Huber is your friend, as are statsmodel/sklearn (both built on top of scipy).

Seven rooms or seven bedrooms? The graphic doesn’t specify, so I’d assume seven rooms.
I lived with a French family who owned a building. The floor of their residence was about five rooms or so, but included living areas (salon, formal dining area, etc) as well.

Reply to comment by JPAnalyst in Taller American football players tend to throw for more total yards [OC] by KJ6BWB
> You’re looking at volume here when you need to be looking at efficiency. Players who throw more pass for more yards.
I did that at https://www.reddit.com/r/dataisbeautiful/comments/122c5b2/american_football_starting_quarterback_pass/
Why should I let a player's past greatness affect their current stats? If they have one foot out the door to retirement now and aren't doing so great now then they aren't doing so great. And probably the overall tenor of the game has changed over time. For instance, as overall player height increased in basketball, we see an overall net increase in slam dunks over long three pointers. If you can take two or three steps and have a better chance at making more points then why not do that.
However, i admit a greater volume of data might show something different. Feel free to put that together, I'm excited to see what you come up with. :)

I had a friend who owned an apartment right across the street from Notre Dame (literally right across the street, maybe 20 meters away).
It was the most gorgeous apartment I’ve seen in my entire life. We used to sit on his balcony for meals and just watch everyone walk by, the cathedral just an arm’s reach away.

So south and west live in bigger space. Surprised to see Munich having larger average living space given how expensive the living space is there.
EDIT: Munich city itself is only 71 sq.m. vs region which is 96 sq.m.

Reply to comment by JPAnalyst in American football starting quarterback pass attempts v total yards, with player height [OC] by KJ6BWB
I have that table. It's how I created this chart. I wanted to see if there was clustering, obvious outliers, etc. There's not really. So if taller players tend to get more pass yardage and pass yardage and attempts are strangely correlated, shorter players tend to try for pass yardage less often, in general.

Very cool, if you can expand this to other cities that would be very interesting
Also, if you could plot this against the mass of garbage outside each, that would be great /s

It's 96 sq.m. Yeah not the highest but in comparison to Berlin with 70 sq.m., it's still high. Berlin is supposed to have slightly cheaper per sq.m. price.
You can go to the attached link in OP's source and see different cities. I would have highlighted the state capitals though in the plot.
