I have a few things to say, if that's ok.

Your partner actually received more interviews than most, especially for a position at this level. 27% interview rate is good.

I'm concerned that your partner has applied to 100 places in two months. That's 12 applications a week! The generic copy and paste CV with small tweaks doesn't usually land well. While you might put two days into a single submission, put your heart into it, just for it to be ignored, the few times an application isn't ignored, there is fierce competition, usually with dozens of other CVs that do put a lot of effort into their applications.

What are all these layers of interviews? How does each consecutive interview for the same job differ from the previous interview? Is there really no way for the employer to combine some of them, or ask better / more focused questions?

The most interview 'layers' I had for a position was two, and that was for the least-skilled job I've ever worked.

There is one interesting data point there: when you register a limited company with the UK government you’re given the choice whether to format the name as “Companyname Limited” or “Companyname Ltd”. So this shows that the split between the two is about equal.

Thanks! Don’t mind the downvotes as it was a fun exercise.

I hear you about the wealth management company, but not sure if it will benefit us… I don’t think we have high wealth, just high-ish income for now. We have 2 large blocks of income and a few large blocks of expenses that will remain constant (and sadly still big) for a while. Maybe when we’re a bit older and have more “wealth” to manage.

We did 2 backdoor Roth contributions, which is why the funds come from post-tax money.

Indeed, soon someone may ask, "Where are Slovakia, the Czech Republic,
or why are Norway and Iceland included if they're not part of the EU?"
Europe can be quite complicated. However, the answer to all these
questions is fairly straightforward: data availability. If a country
provides data to Eurostat, it becomes comparable with other states and
is included in the list. If a country doesn't provide this specific
statistic to Eurostat, it's left out.
