Thank you, I came here to write that. It's not the axial tilt that has reversed, it's the orbit has changed. On the flip side, it will mean the northern hemisphere gets to enjoy summer at perihelion, and winter at aphelion, so slightly warmer and colder respectively.

The 13,000 year "Earth Axial Tilt Reversed" is wrong.
While the Earth precesses on a 26,000 year time scale, it isn't accurate to describe its tilt as "reversed." In 13k years, the axis will have precessed the other way, but maintain roughly the same tilt (depending on other Milankovich Cycles), as it will continue to do for tens of thousands of years after that. But the description that the N. Hemisphere is tilted toward the Sun in June is also misleading because that already happens.
What they're trying to say is that since the Earth gets closer and further from the Sun due to the eccentricity of its orbit, the Earth would be closer to the Sun while the Northern Hemisphere is tilted toward the Sun in about 14,000 years from now. This is a very small effect (about 3-4%) and hardly makes a difference in the Hemispherical temperature. The S. Hemisphere is currently closest to the Sun during their summer months (December-March) and they don't really notice. True, though, that the N. Hemisphere has more land, and would have a more profound effect. But this effect wouldn't happen all at once.
In fact, the closest the Earth gets to the Sun is in early January, so the date being "June" is also wrong unless we shift the calendar instead of shifting the seasons. It's more likely that January would be synonymous with N. Hemisphere summer, not June. And it would be about 14k years from now, not 13k.

I would call it a moderately priced Rothko for the diagonals that come up in it, and that it isn’t from his darker period before he died. :)

For me its simply easier to differentiate the data. I struggle seeing and matching differences between a single colour gradient versus data shown in a colour scale but dtata is connected to separate colours. It would probably have helped if the scale itself was labeled with percentages.. Im beginning to think i have a processing disorder lol sorry guys

This has precisely been my experience when interviewing with sane, decent companies. 1 recruiter interview, 2nd one with manager and future team mates. The more interviews I had with a company, the nuttier the process. And I've worked for Fortune 500 companies.

It's not really suprising that it's so even. The animation was originally designed to avoid burning any specific area of the screen, in case someone forgets the TV on for a long time.

What about the 20% of cases? How have you/your company factored in bias when deciding who's a creep?

It's funny that you're getting downvoted given stuff like https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/jobs/blind-audition-helps-remove-gender-bias-in-recruitment. 'Creeps' is incredibly unprofessional and gives me dating vibes. What does 'creep' in this work context even mean? The way someone looks, talks? Bullshit.

2 rounds should still be enough for anything except high levels like Director or C suite, 1st one with recruiter and 2nd with the direct manager and any other needed person/s.
Yes, people are idiots , a lot , but saying it like that makes it like everyone is like that. There is also a lot that recruiters can do to make to process easier for both themselves and the the people applying , but plenty just don't care.

I dont know the specifics for Norway, but in most place you have to pay to register a vehicle and have a license plate etc to operate it on public roads.

People struggle with objectivity/ reality. They would rather reframe reality to soothe their emotions than to confront life for what it actually is. As far as I'm concerned, this sort of of willful denial is natural selection in practice.

Exactly. Modern societies idea that women can magically spot the "creeps" is just completely asinine. Like I said in another comment, if a women who thought mustaches were rapey worked at my potential job site and had a say in my hiring, I'd be fucked.
