Thank you! I used 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, and 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, with some salt and pepper.

I just picked up a box of puff pastry for a desert idea. This is definitely an inspiration for a savory application. Looks great!

Dumb question- I don't have an immersion blender. Would a plain old blender work?
