It would never occurred to me to put salami into these puff pastry pinwheels. I think it looks absolutely delicious, however, and I love everything else in it.

Usually, I use my salami for sandwiches I like to do ham, salami, turkey, Swiss cheese, mustard, mayonnaise, horseradish.

I did a compound butter layer before the roasted garlic and cheese. It's oregano, parsley, and dried chives from the garden.
