Is he supposed to grow the grain and mill the flour as well? Raise the chickens collect the eggs and raise the cow, slaughter it for beef? Start an olive farm and make oil? Grow the onions, carrots, all the seasonings as well? Where are you drawing the line guy because for 99% of people, the line gets drawn at pasta secca. There's literally no reason to make it homemade.

I chopped up the corned beef, sauteed it with some drained sauerkraut, added that mixture along with a little swiss cheese to an eggroll wrapper, rolled it up, and fried them for about 90 seconds per side. Served them up with a side of homemade thousand island dressing.

I used Monterey Jack and sharp cheddar as the cheeses, added an almost absurd amount of roasted garlic, and used a compound butter with oregano, parsley, and chives on the inside.

I also double the recipe. Trust me and double it, too.
