I got it from my mother, who got it from her mother. I didn't really make it with measurements. I cooked and seasoned it by taste

BBC Good Food has a recipe for olive bread swirls. I've made them a few times, they're delicious!

Nope, it's a Hollandaise with mustard. Not a Mayonaise :-).
