It was even a product sold in the US back in the '90s. Definitely mayo and Dijon

Any idea if it contained soy? If I get the opportunity to move to something sustainable in the future that'd be great. On the other hand I can't cook soy in my house, not even using soybean oil, because my wife has EOE and will be sick for days just smelling it.

7/10.
I didn't pay for it... They're introducing it to investors and some industry players. Not yet imported into where I'm living/working. I think price will depend on distribution once market research is done. If it's anything like impossible when it first hit the market, it'll be comparable in price to high quality beef.

Perhaps this varies regionally but where I live dijonnaise is very specifically a sauce made of mayo + dijon mustard.
Dijon added to hollandaise isn't uncommon. But this is the first time I've ever seen that called dijonnaise.
Kinda relieved to hear that's a hollandaise, though. That looked like a lot of mayo on that asparagus. Lol.

Did you make it to kuliouou or kaena point!? Those are the three best hikes that arent dangerous or difficult to navigate a clear trail

Nice, but maybe a little less sauce next time. Something a little more artistic with the sauce would raise this dish to the next level.

This looks nice and savory. I'd cut it in half, fold it, and go to town

Do a regular burger, but you have to burn the buns and put the salad around the burger.

Goldberg's in Atlanta has them. I've seen them a few other places, too. It's not a common dish, but it's not exactly rare, either.

Seconded, I'm not a terrible cook but I was daunted going into making these and they're super easy.
