Last French onion soup I ordered was from a nice steakhouse and the cheese came out white as snow. THAT is how you treat your cheese on a good French onion.

Whaat? Kimchi is pickled cabbage just like sauerkraut, I think it chopping it up and putting it on a sausage n bun instead of sauerkraut is worth a try
