I'm thinking beer cheese, broccoli, probably from Wisconsin. We love cheese and beer. Culver's offers really good broccoli as a side option. Seriously though, that burger looks so good.

Sugar and garlic are like oil and water in terms of flavor profiles. Might as well add some toothpaste in there.

Do you think every Korean dish contains gochujang?
It's a popular street food from Korea, the presentation and flavour is different from Western garlic bread (usually savory and not usually served like this cut bun). The butter flavoring is sweetened with sugar.

Looks great, a lot like the fried eggs I make. I sometimes use butter, but often duck fat, olive oil or coconut.
The best thing to do is to get the oil as hot as possible before adding in the egg. Put a splash screen (not a lid) and the let it rest to get a good crispy layer before flipping it. You could have let it rest a bit longer for that deep rich golden brown but that's just my preference.
Here's something I recommend you try as well, when there's about 30-60 seconds left to the cook, slowly drizzle in 1tsp-1tbsp soy sauce, tamari, or miso paste diluted in water on the eggs and let that reduce a bit and glaze the egg on both sides, serve with a few drops of sesame oil per egg.
Hoisin sauce can also be added at the soy sauce step for a variation.

I for one appreciate the broccoli here. I'm not a fan of meals where every component has grease elements.

It’s a good egg sandwich but not worth the wait, imo. I got the Fairfax (soft scrambled eggs, caramelized onions, chives, cheddar, siracha, brioche bun). It tastes exactly how you’d imagine based on the ingredients, but can’t justify waiting 30+ minutes for what should be a grab-and-go sandwich. It also ran me close to $20 for a sandwich and orange juice, which is steep even by Vegas standards

Yeah I would make like a little folded omelette like patty out of scrambled eggs to put on there. Then it all stays together and you get the nice egg.
