I usually boil them for a few before roasting, or soak them in a bowl of heavily salted water! That always gets me a good crisp

I have to add the seasoning part to make the food description at least 70% of the title otherwise I can’t post. It’s the weird rule of r/food lol

What bait did you use for the asparagus?

Just what they were labeled as what would you call them?

Love catfish. To me anyways it’s the softest fish meat.

I could never live in Alabama - but fuck if I didn't love the fried catfish and hushpuppies I had when I was there, and this looks delicious.

It was already fried when you caught it? Were you fishing in a deep fryer?

I know. It’s just something I made up. I know chilli con carne is actually American.

I would love it too but for most burger places it just wouldn't make sense financially. French fries are just significantly cheaper and easier to store than broccoli.

Why are you calling them lollipops, that is so odd.

Mostly revolves around the coating and the fact that korean fried chicken is double fried. The end result is that korean style fried chicken tends to be a lot less oily and much crispier than regular fried chicken.

I am uneducated. What is the difference between the chicken on the left (which I'm assuming to be Korean fried chicken) and regular fried chicken?
Is it the seasonings used? Breading perhaps?

It is a chop but just smaller, even food network and others call these Lollipop Chops but maybe it's a north American thing? It's just what the packaging called it and first time making them sorry if I miss labeled them
