I follow the Gordon Ramsay way to make scrambled eggs. I added a bit of cheddar cheese into these. But just cook them gently and stir continuously. Similar to making a french omelette.

- Green bell pepper, diced x 1
- Long grain rice x 1 cup
- Chicken broth x 1.75 cups
- Sweet onion, diced x .5

- Dried thyme x .5 tsp
- Garlic powder x .5
- Onion powder x .5

It's no worse than peanut, sunflower, corn, etc... they're all trash. If you want proper fried food, it's the way to do it though. You're not deep frying in extra virgin olive oil. Maybe lard, but that's trickier.

I have had stripper dipped in hot sauce before the cornmeal before and it was delicious.
