If you try hard and believe in yourself, any pizza is a personal pizza.

I see Pho I upvote.
Though I would definitely add some siracha to that.

6 of us could only finish about 3/4 of this pizza. It was surprisingly good quality for being kinda gimmicky. It cost about $100!

I can probably eat 1/2 a slice. No one should be eating this pizza all by themselves. That's nuts.

For those interested in the flatbread recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Crushed garlic clove
Instructions:
-
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder.
-
Add the Greek yogurt, crushed garlic and olive oil to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.
-
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth and elastic.
-
Divide the dough into 6-8 portions and roll each one out into a thin round shape.
-
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook the flatbreads for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
-
Serve warm with your favorite dip or alongside a marinated meat like above lamb or chicken/beef.

Ontario or Jamaica? They both have the best patties in the world.
