Keep in mind It’s high school bro, so know there’s nothing competitive, just some regular med sci classes to expand ur knowledge. Plus the hcst majors or vocations as they call it don’t define a students future career; when I was there, many students chose culinary as a major because they got free food at the end of everyday. In reality, only a handful out of those many students pursued culinary in college or culinary school. One of my best friends did med sci in cp and now he’s a finance major. So no not competitive bro, just enjoy ur high school experience and make sure u grind and go out ur way

i'll be completely honest with you, i've never been here but these two restaurants don't sound like substitutes... certainly not any more than any other lunch option would be a substitute, so i'm going to guess the Subway opening next to them will not change much
