Lol I talked to a landlady like this last year when I was searching too. Definitely a scam. No one should be charging you to VIEW an apartment

Yes but it's disingenuous at best to relate the interest rates the fed sets to what a consumer's mortgage interest rate actively is.

Your comment was that [mortgage] rates have been near zero for years now, which is objectively wrong. Show me any consumers who have a near zero mortgage interest rate.

Honestly, you kind of come off as someone with a mental disorder or some level of autism so I'm not continue to make fun of you.

How brittle you are makes it too easy.

Yah it’s pitiful that such a blatant low-effort AstroTurfing campaign isn’t enough in itself to fully discredit “people’s park” and the rebok turd in the eyes of everyone in town (and in Trenton). I guess the good news is that when his bought politicians blatantly favor him it’ll be clear to everyone that they’ve sold their office and have zero integrity. It’ll hopefully end a few political careers or at least cripple them. As it should.

Check out one of Rob Van Pelt's 6 friends, Cindy Witherspoon, she's a divorced mom living in Hoboken but originally from Spring Lake, NJ and she is totally real and not at all made up and wasn't created using stock photographs.

Like 75 Park Lane and The Beach? They don't have tax abatements as far as I can tell.

I don't think any of the new buildings in the "soho west" area do either. The first Cast Iron Lofts building did get a 5 year abatement, but that was done 6+ years ago before the city stopped giving out new abatements downtown.

You can see a list of abated properties and PILOT payments vs. what taxes would have been in the city's budget. Click the latest "user friendly" budget on the page here and go to page 7. They don't list the address for every property though, which is annoying.
