This sounds like a complete nightmare. Those are some serious injuries for anyone let alone a child. I thought apartments with children have to have certain window requirements? Maybe only certain kinds of buildings? I guess the lawsuit will sort that out.

just once again speaks to their intentions; they want to hear from people who drive to the path to commute to the city. the Newport, Grove and Exchange stations (along with half the NY stations)...the actual intercity transit portion of it....are simply infill to them.

This is one of my big compliments about downtown JC. There’s only two “open” gyms, the rest are personal training or class based. Base is $140 month, but everyone in the tower it’s located in has free access so it’s always packed.

Club Metro is the only other option, but there’s no free parking at the mall and it’s not very convenient from my apartment.

We really could use an LA Fitness, Blink or Retro fitness.
