These are the applicable laws in NH. Knock yourself out. RSAs 207:3A, 207:3c, and 644:13.

I moved here about a year and a half ago after graduating from college and I love it. Underrated food scene, fun bars, nice parks. Plus it’s super convenient for everything, 1 hr to the mountains, beach, and Boston. I’m not really into running much myself but my favorite brewery, To Share, has a running club which sounds like something you might be interested in.

Are you aware those easements don't cover the trees that aren't on the easement?
They aren't airspace easements.
If the tree is on the property owners' land and not on the easement, they need to get approval.
Don't get me wrong a lot of companies shirked maintenance. But they haven't been doing that for about a decade now. Every minute power is down and they have crews out working at double OT overnight for days straight.... they are losing MASSIVE amounts of money.
The math doesn't work out unless you are referring to super rural areas with only a few customers on a single line that covers miles and miles. But anywhere that has any density at all.... it doesn't make sense to not maintain it.
The power company isn't the internet company that charges you whether the service works or not. The power companies have a vested interest in keeping you connected and drawing power constantly.

Dude because I like different scenery I love guns and the wilderness I can’t shoot on public land in Massachusetts it’s illegal to do so anywhere even if your all alone in the middle of no they’ll try to revoke my license and I’m asking because New Hampshire is a free state where I can shoot on public land so why not explore a little 🤷♂️

So why are you asking for a shooting spot if you already have one?

I didn't, I glanced at your post/comment history as well as noted that you told two people in this thread to fuck off which was widely unprovoked. I don't think you're an internet troll, I think you're a real life troll.

Listen you grew up around guns probably your whole life so it’s not a big deal to you I just recently got into firearms 2 years ago so yes I’m one of those because I’m big on preserving my life I’m pretty sure living up in New Hampshire you never had to even lock your doors let alone having to deal with gang members

You seem well adjusted and exactly like the kind of person who should have access to high capacity magazines/bump stocks.

Burying lines is stupid expensive.
Yes, more expensive than sending crews out to fix downed lines.
