Book bans means you can no longer actually get that book. You can still buy the book if you wish to teach your child such. What being voted on here is stricter regulations on what is and isn't allowed in a publicly funded space and education system.
1[b]Complaints shall provide a reasonably detailed description of the material that is alleged to be harmful to minors.
Honestly this reaction you have is pretty over the top, however I'm sorta not surprised by it.

NESN on Comcast here at the coast ( for some Glorious Boston Bruins Hockey!) but not sure if it’s available up in Claremont? ( cable and tv networks are fussy) Maine has a few teams but Boston Bruins , Celtics , Red Sox out of Boston are the big ones for us.

I believe Direct TV in Claremont carries the Yes Network out of NYC on it’s higher tier plan for sullivan county. At least they did many years ago when I was in middle school and haven’t heard of anyone being upset over here for not being able to watch the yankees and we have a a lot of yankee fans over this way.

Looks like a relic from the 80's. I was a big Pacman guy at Funspot in Dover, NH in 1982.

I used to take my godson there so we could eat their (arguably) delicious pizza and spend $75 in tickets to get a cheap Chinese-made foot tall traffic light toy.

First, calling someone a boomer is such a lazy insult. At least put some effort into it. Second, you likely have no idea of their age. Third, instead of being jealous and complaining, maybe instead put that effort into bettering yourself so that you can reach a level of wealth that will enable you to own multiple houses.

Yes! Funworld pizza was peculiarly good. Had many of my kids’ bday parties there in the mid 90’s

I wouldn't drink the tap water even without the PFAS stuff. Under the sink RO is pretty cheap and easy to install. You get cheap good tasting pure water.
What you absorb through the shower / bath is a bigger problem. Whole house RO is crazy expensive and basically zero houses or apartments have any kind of easy way to run just shower water through a system. You are stuck filtering all the water you flush down the toilet or otherwise wasted water.
Edit: It's at least avoidable in drinking water. It's basically impossible to filter other goods for it. Not just food. Things like fabrics, containers, cleaning products, shampoo, floss, those face masks everyone was wearing for a couple of years, tampons. You could be getting as much exposure from other sources as from your water anyway.
I don't have a solution. Just pointing some things out. I don't know if a ban would have much real impact, especially if it wasn't a global 100% enforced ban. It seems likely we may be able to mitigate the harm through biotech advances long before we can get the stuff out of our supply chain, if it's even possible to get it out of our supply chain.

You can also make spacers with washers that you can take from that bin of spare bolts, nuts, and washers we all keep around.
You'll likely need a washer for each of the nuts anyways.

I'll get that same model then. Home depot has it in stock with free shipping. I'll order spacers after the fact if they're needed. Thanks!

Seeing this makes me nostalgic. When I was a kid there were a bunch of maple trees on my dad's property that we'd go out and tap and boil the sap in an old boiler he'd cut up. The smell is fresh and heavenly

It's great to use in marinades for salmon and chicken. Mix with soy sauce, garlic, pepper and a bit of Dijon mustard.

The best iced latte I ever made was with Parker’s maple coffee and maple syrup. Using it for sugar replacement is great

My Platinum 30 SHO is 3" from the center of bolt to the center of bolt. I ordered the ASE0310-B and spacers.
The chart says do not use for ordering which I find kind of amusing, but it makes sense as I doubt the dude would have a gazillion blowers on site.
Good info on measuring and when you scroll down it has the corresponding part numbers: https://snowblowerskids.com/order-page/

Goldfinches started changing yellow (the males) and singing, I love those little guys. They're so helpless and delicate but a few managed to stick it out here all winter. Now more are migrating back.

I want these.
Do you know what hole spacing and length you got? I measured with a ruler and the centers of the bolts installed right now are exactly 3 inches apart but the listing for my model ST1336DLE says 2.75".
I know some generic replacement skid shoes from Lowes fit so it's probably the same for most or all Ariens models.
