It’s adorable that you think current buyers have a choice in the matter.

Realtors only have to disclose certain things when selling a house.
Checking out the neighbors lies solely on the buyer.

Home cooks are largely a thing of the past. It's more of a cartel thing and produced on a large scale.

I haven’t told my neighbors about my meth lab yet.

I'll tell you what my grandma told me. Don't buy meth until it's produced.

Half these recent homebuyers are putting offers in sight unseen… if a little meth lab next door is gonna stop you, you’re never gonna get a house in this market.

I think it's partly geography and partially the suburban nature of the county, but that's just an educated guess. Bedford, for example, has zero maps on fish and game's site - they just don't have the water. It would be interesting to find out the methodology behind which places f&g choose to designate and stock. I would imagine a wide variety of factors goes into this.

What color? Sprinkles are rainbow, Jimmies are chocolate.

It’s still here. When my Memere and Dad get snippy they slip into it. I remember starting high school French in Gorham and being cocky that I knew French. My poor teacher’s resigned sigh when I started babbling away about being my Memere’s petit chou 😁

Berlin has a large population of francophones. They even have their own dialect supposedly unique from even quebecoise French.

Not sure if it’s related but traveling within the US is amazing too if you haven’t gotten the chance. Go to the southwest or somewhere like glacier and you’ll feel like you’ve been transported to a different world

True, but at some point the State will want to monetize cannabis. The surrounding states are making a killing in tax revenue. I gotta believe some of that comes from folks switching away from alcohol, or at least cutting back. Some NH folks must be going out of state for their cannabis. That’s lost revenue for NH.

Trucks have to get to the distro center somehow - unless they’re planning on building a new bridge over the Merrimack there, it’s going to make traffic worse on Lowell Rd.

There’s no real consensus as to why we use the term, but there’s some solid evidence that it’s due to the color association with “Jim Crow.” I err on the side of caution with this one.
