If you don’t feel comfortable saying it, you do you, but there no evidence Jimmies is a racial thing in this context. Not dismissing Jim Crow one bit, but no one has been able to make a connection to the chocolate sprinkles.

Sprinkles are for sissies and children. Any self respecting adult will proudly ask for jimmies on their oreo cookie in a cone.

I know of several trout fishing spots that are epic, but you’d have to pay me a LOT to tell you.

I would love to go to Alaska, it looks so pretty up there. Lived in TX and S FL now in the NE. Visited AZ (work trip) but it was summer and not doing that ever again!
I need to find friends that want to go places. Most everyone I know has family/kids and won't leave the immediate vicinity. I want to go see things! Thankfully NE is just coming out of winter (kinda) and it's beautiful here too, it will keep me occupied in the interim.

There should be a download button at the top of the screen. You need to download the file and import it into an app that's compatible with KML files.

I’m aware of that. I’m also aware of how traffic backs up on that bridge in the evening rush hour. It’s a small section of road but it’s one of the busiest segments of road in town.

It’s a mile from route 3, across the old sagamore bridge, to the golf course. About 1000’ of that is Hudson.

Never heard of Jimmies until I moved to N.H. Now since I first heard the rumor that “Jimmies” originated as a “racist” term referencing Jim Crow laws, I can’t bring myself to say it. Even though the racist origins have been all but proven false.

My thoughts, jimmies has undertones because of the whole named after black people thing. I only use jimmies for chocolate, sprinkles for rainbow. I don't think the comparison was made to be racist at the time, why would you name something negatively after all if you were trying to sell it?
