To play the middle ground here a bit….

I’d love for the notification period to be 90 days, mainly to the difficulty finding housing basically everywhere today. We all know 30 days notice on a non-renewal of lease isn’t enough time generally to find a new place to live.

Not the land owners issue, but some protections on both sides are warranted.

Sorry for my wife and I bringing two 6 figure salaries into a state we find beautiful and we can still commute to work in Boston? Sorry we have expendable income that we will dump into the local economy? I’m so sorry.

You get taxed to pay for the services that we as a community agreed we wanted. It's compulsive because if it's not some people will use the services without paying. If you don't like it, you are free to leave our community. Every club has it's dues and those who cheat are not welcome.

I would suggest what another person has and reach out to a realtor or a you can find some in the area that specifically work with rentals.

I will say good luck with the sea coast area. Rent has gone up dramatically in a lot of places and the sea coast is one of those. Out of all of the places I’ve lived across the US, I find NH to have been one of the more difficult places to find a rental in general. Either it’s way out of your range, in the middle of nowhere and run down, or there is a long waiting list to get an apartment, and by the time you do rent has gone up several hundred dollars or more.

But don’t let that deter you. I’ve gotten extremely lucky in the past finding an affordable and decent sized apartment. All the luck to you!

But the rainbow folks are forcing their beliefs. They demanded marriage rights, for example. The majority of the US did not share the belief that marriage was appropriate for same-sex individuals. Look at the former head of Mozilla/Firefox as an example. He was ousted from the company for having made a tiny donation to support "traditional marriage". You may not agree with others' interpretation of what marriage is, but they are entitled to have those beliefs.

Anyone being forced to take DEI training by their employers is experiencing the thrill of beliefs being pushed onto them. Who do you think pushed to make such training necessary?

I'm not even looking at this from a right/wrong perspective. I just think it's laughable to not be able to recognize what one side has done versus the other.

Was anyone at a Pride rally saying "you shouldn't be straight. Straight people bad!" ?

Nope, they weren't. Because that is not something the LGBTQ community believes. However, the hate loving, fear mongering bigots on the other hand...

I bet you it's the gypsy asphalt crews doing their early spring scam. They typically head down to FL for the winter to run their grift, then come back up north with the warmer weather. They have two big Irish gypsy families that are based in Hudson and Derry.

This is from one of the families.
