>It baffles me that you see someone wanting to have the right to marry whoever they want as somehow infringing on your life

Did I say that? My point was about forcing beliefs on others.

>I'm pretty sure it is more about respect.

Pretty sure it's more than that. If you respect others, they'll tend to respect you. No training required.

>Or was the baker just being spiteful to someone that didn't share their particular religious views?

Or was the "customer" being spiteful to someone that didn't share their beliefs? It's the same damn question either way. Why do you refuse to acknowledge that?

I’m a realtor and my advice is to tackle this three ways:

  1. Follow certain fb groups of interest by area
  2. Have all your documents ready to go
  3. Work with a listing agent/realtor that is partnered with a property management group

For number 3, I help place prospective renters in the Seacoast area. My company has 4 apartments. We had over 100 applicants but maybe 20 were actually acceptable by standards of credit, income and no evictions.

Pm me with any questions.

I have found that the March/April is really slow with little inventory. I don't remember May but June had much more inventory. The last two times I changed apartments I didn't find a place until June but stared looking much earlier.

My assumption has always been that it's due to the college folks and that just sort of creates the waves of availability.

8 of the 10 states with the highest violent crime per capita are solid red states. 7 of the 10 states with the lowest violent crime per capita are blue states, New Hampshire being one those. Statistics bud, not hyperbole. https://www.foxcarolina.com/2022/10/18/sc-makes-list-states-with-highest-rates-violent-crime/?outputType=amp

I used websites for apartment rental companies such as Arthur Thomas (reasonably priced) and Real Property Management as well as Zillow. For the apartment I'm in now, I had to apply before seeing the place in order to not lose out. Good luck!

California. Wisconsin. New York. Connecticut..... what do these 4 have in common.

High crime rates. High homeless population. High taxes. Horribly ran states. That people are literally running away from.

Look at the crime statistics. They don't lie. Neither does the news. We see a shooting every day in the Manchester Nashua concord area. I don't recall seeing this kind of activity. Especially on the daily, let's say even 5 years ago.

Lol it is a called Manchester-Boston Regional so I suppose we can call it a brain fart.

Anyways, I’ve definitely noticed and uptick in fighter air craft in the area. About a month ago I saw a C-5 globe master come down close enough I thought it might land at MHT. Since we only have two fighter wings in New England it’s interesting. Could mean nothing, could mean something. Like I said my ADSB tracker doesn’t pick them up which means they’ve shut their transponders off for a reason. We are left to wonder.
