Some areas of Swissvale are very crime ridden with drugs and gangs but other areas are fine, sorry I don’t know all the details. A family member lives there and is thinking of leaving. The wilkinsburg school district is awful. I’d you plan on or have kids, look elsewhere

Yeah, it's definitely richer than average but surely it isn't the richest. Well, maybe it's up there if you take the sum of all house prices on a road! Beechwood Blvd is actually super long/nonsensically curvy: from the Greenfield side of the Greenfield bridge up to almost Bakery Square.

The only thing McMansion-ish about it is the front facing two car garage and giant double wide driveway in one of the most walkable neighborhoods in the city.

Love tjr color though. With all this subreddit's talk about how grey it is here, we could use some fun house colors.

Their business is shit because of COVID and the building was falling in on itself before the pandemic. Hea hoping to get more money out of it than he otherwise would get and get the buyer to pay for all the repairs. If a homeless shelter goes in there that block is permanently fucked forever. There's a reason that other shelter got built at the margin.

Hi land Presbyterian in West View. They have a program where they loan out things like this to people in need. The idea is that it will be returned to loan out again to someone else when you are done with it but it’s ok if you don’t.

Yeah coming from a rural/suburban area it has been a real fuckin treat to try and rapidly parse out what these signs mean as I drive past trying to find a place to park. What's worse is streets that are clearly wide enough for street parking, with no fire hydrants, curb cutouts or garages to block but just no visible parking or no parking signs to be found

Oh my god that's so ugly I want to live there so bad. Moving away from an HOA strangled suburb to all the weirdness Pittsburgh homes have to offer has been refreshing
