The thread said he is from Springfield MO I'm pretty slow but I think you are trying to sell me on that.

What the hell are you talking about lol I don’t have to claim anything , it’s a fact that yes he was born in Oklahoma and lived there for a short time but grew up here. Hence why his family still lives here, so what’s your problem

Reached out to them today. Claimed everything was nominal on their end. Though it can be a time suck, if anyone who isn’t getting 5G service (and who pays for it) submits a tech request, maybe it’ll get some traction.

Dude if the place you came from is so bad you have to claim people from other places it's cool. I'm not from Oklahoma.

Down voted for people claiming some of their own

Can I ask any property management companies you suggest? I’m more worried about them taking the money and not being real because of our situation.

I remember being told that a Daredevil had opened a studio downtown and my understanding was they were referring to Aardvark but I can't find corroboration online. This letter to the editor names the owner as a John Jacobsen

Bruce is a nice dude who does seem to be in it for the right reasons. I serve on a local advisory board with him and he's always good for a forward thinking perspective while understanding the nuances of our often resistant-to-change community. Another vote here.

Agree 100%. Development is useful, but a lot of the local developers are reaping the results of cheap, ugly, dumpy developments that they've sown throughout the city without regard to how they fit into the neighborhood.

Bruce Adib-Yazdi is my pick. He may be a developer, but the projects they take on seem to be good for the communities they're in. He was also the Ozark Greenways president for awhile and has been a huge supporter of our local trails and cycling infrastructure.

Every time I went there it was a bad experience, but I love the Alamo. The one bad thing is nobody can whisper Wehrenberg at the start of the movie. Remember that? Lol.

I live in a place I'm not from. I have lived here longer and would never claim it
